I say it won't hurt to try. I mean, if it doesn't work out you won't be any worse off, depending on where you will sell it though. If possible, you can try to find a site that you can sell it without a fee so it won't hurt your cash flow and so if you make a profit. Have fun with that!!!
I think your stuffs are really pretty so it's sure someone would buy them ! actually i probably couldn't ..cause i live in switzerland and the ship taxes etc... would cost me a lot and i'm broke too :'( but i would definetly try !
