So we went on a walk on Christmas.

But Christmas was good, hope everyone's Christmas was too.
I got a pretty new phone, and texting with it, so I am quite excited about that.

Geez I was gonna blog about so much, now I can't remember.

Guess I will just post an old picture.I also got Konk, the newest Kooks album. They are simply amazing. I saw them in October, it was my first concert, you see. I am kind of obsessed with them right now.

Me and my cousin also went to Anthropologie.

I got one of these! With a J on it for Jenna. xDMmmm that store is wonderful.

Aren't the holidays supposed to be relaxing? Well, I am exhausted, frankly.
My brain DOES NOT shut up at night, and I can never sleep in.

I wish we didn't have to sleep at all. I could be a vampire.Here's a random little not-so-poemy diary in second person writing I did after a particularly hard night.

Three AM
By someone who really shouldn’t write.

It’s 11 o’clock when you go to bed.
It’s 1 o’clock and you realize you haven’t been to sleep yet.
You try to sleep after taking a Melatonin.
You move to the couch and try to situate yourself there.
You turn on the TV
You try to take your mind off whatever it is that is going through your head.
You turn on Fuse and start to watch Top 40 Countdown.
Rihanna’s new “Disturbia” is really not a video to fall asleep to.
You watch Emperor’s New School, a show you really hate.
You fall asleep at 3 o’clock to Lilo and Stitch.
You wake up at 4:48 when you hear The Little Mermaid on.
You watch it and feel nostalgic.
This is really not the time to be nostalgic.
You try to fall asleep yet again.
Your mother comes out at 5:30 and says she needs to get ready for work.
You are forced to move to your bed.
You finally get a few hours of sleep, then wake up because your bed is too hot.
You wish you didn’t have insomnia.

Early Christmas

I went to my best friend's today!
We went to Target.I wore this. You can't really tell what it is though. LAME. But yeah ruffly shirt, bow skirt, lot's o' necklaces.We made a gingerbread house too! And ate a whole baguette of French bread by ourselves while buying the house supplies.

Hot damn, I need a scanner.

AND I got Influence from a family friend today! I am SO excited to read it, the pictures are gorgeous, and hopefully I can learn stuff about the fashion industry from it.

Now that finals are over, I am really embracing Christmas. I watched The Christmas Story avec ma famille. OH MY GOD I love that movie with a passion. Really, everybody in the world MUST WATCH THIS MOVIE.

It's a major award! It's indescribably beautiful!

We also watched Rudolph, and I decided that Brad from The Rachel Zoe Project looks like this one elf in it. I couldn't help but notice, really.

I swear, Rachel Zoe is gonna make me start using "stupid" as an adverb.

And here's just a little bokeh I did for Christmas time. It's stupid pretty.

Oh but luckily I have this out my front door, so I'm OK for now. I love when the sun shines through the wet leaves. It's one of the few times I love the bright sun.

So here's what I wore today. I used think of myself as very anti-prep, but I really love this sweater. It has a nice collegiate emblem on it. And I made my dress. First time I wore it anywhere.

Also, still stressing out about finals and preparing for them. (Oh I am a sickening punster.)

So I haven't really been the happiest camper...but it got better after school. I am just stressing a lot about finals.

BUT I am very excited about the holidays! It's been quite cold. I got a peacoat from the lovely DELIA'S!

And here's what I wore today. Just a little androgynous, laid-back deal.

Oh, and I wore my Betsey Johnson socks for an extra shot of happy. Too bad they were under my jeans; you couldn't see them.

Last but certainly not least: THE TALES OF BEEDLE THE BARD! I'm so excited, I could pee myself. Sorry Gossip Girl, as much as I want to see Bart die, Harry Potter is more important. Gonna read it all night!
